The Customers page in the Payments category allows you to view, add, and edit details about your customers and their payment methods.

Navigate to the Customers page by clicking CUSTOMERS under Payments in the left hand navigation bar.

Customers Information Banner

  • View the total number of customers, active and inactive customers.

Add New Customers

  • Click ADD CUSTOMERS to open a window in the page and add information on a new customer. Click ADD to enter the new customer into your account, or click CANCEL to return to the Customers page.

Customers Table

  • Locate information about individual customers in the main table on the Customers page. Individual customers are listed by row. The default view includes the following columns:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone

    • Status

    • Date Created

    • Last TXN

  • Click SHOW MORE RESULTS to load more customer rows to the table.

  • Click any line in the table to expand the row to view more details about a specific customer.

  • Click the information for any customer to redirect to the Customer Profile page, where you can edit their information.

Customize Your Customers Table

You can customize your view using the options found at the top of the table. The following customization options are available:
