Customers Information Banner

  • View the total number of customers, active and inactive customers.

Add New Customers

  • Click ADD CUSTOMERS to open a window in the page and add information on a new customer. Click ADD to create a new customer record to your account, or click CANCEL to return to the Customers page.

Customers Table

  • Locate information about individual customers in the main table on the Customers page. Individual customers are listed by row. The default view includes the following columns:

    • Name - Name associated with the customer profile.

    • Email - Email address associated with the customer profile.

    • Phone - Phone number associated with the customer profile

    • Status - Indicates whether the customer is active or inactive.

    • Date Created - Date customer was added.

    • Last TXN - Last transaction date.

    • Arrow Icon - Click on the grey triangle in any row to view additional details for a specific customer, or click on the grey triangle in the table header to view additional details for all entries.

  • Click SHOW MORE RESULTS to load more customer rows to the table.

  • Click any line in the table to expand the row to view more details about a specific customer.

  • Click the information for any customer to redirect to the Customer Profile page, where you can edit their information.
