To create a new report, click the Create Reports drop down menu and select a report type. The selected report type will populate the page. Once you have generated a report, it will appear on the Report History page. The following report types are available in the portal:

  • Feature: Allows PayFac to generate one of 19 reports for them or their merchants. • Feature: Advanced Filters – Ability to create more detailed filters to help sort through Report data. • Feature: Quick Reports – Ability to generate Reports much faster than normal (excluding report generation date) • Feature: Ability to download reports into .CSV and .XLS format. • Feature: Templates – Ability to apply or create a Report template. • Feature: ADD TEMPLATE button – Reveals ADD TEMPLATE lightbox. • Lightbox: ADD TEMPLATE – Ability to name a new template. By generating a new report with filters, the template will save filter preferences.
