The User Account Information page contains details about your account, including your login information, saved information and contact details for your business, and information about business owners and bank accounts. On this page, you can change your password, edit bank account details, and control several other key aspects of your account.
Navigate to the User Account Information page by clicking Settings in the left hand navigation panel, and then clicking User Account Information in the User Settings section of the Settings page.

The User Account Information page is divided into tabs that contain information about specific aspects of your business profile. To view a tab, click the tab name in the left hand side of the page.
Login TabThe Login tab allows you to change how you log in, including changing your password or enabling single sign-on. You can also add IP addresses to a whitelist or blacklist to control who can log in to your account. The Login tab includes the following editable details:
Login Tab ActionsThe Login tab supports the following actions: edit your login information, enable single sign-on. To edit the Login tab information, click the PENCIL iconin the upper right hand corner of the tab. Edit your information, and then click the CHECK MARK icon to save your changes or click the X icon to discard changes. To enable single sign-on, follow the steps below:
Login Tab IP Address ListingsThe bottom of the Login tab contains IP addresses that you have either whitelisted or blacklisted, to control who can log in to your account, and allows you to add a new IP address to either list.
The IP addresses are displayed in tables for both the whitelist and blacklist, including the following information:
Login Tab IP Address Listings Section ActionsThe Login Tab IP Address Listings section supports the following actions: add a new IP address, remove a saved IP address. To add a new IP address to a list, click the ADD NEW IP ADDRESS button located in the top right hand corner of either the Whitelist section or the Blacklist section. The Add New IP Address lightbox will open in the page. Enter the required information, and click ADD NEW IP ADDRESS to save the address, or return to the previous page without saving by clicking the CANCEL button. To remove a saved IP address from a list, click the X icon on the right hand side of the page to open the Delete IP Address lightbox. Click DELETE to remove the IP address, or cancel without removing the address and return to the previous page by clicking CANCEL. Business TabThe Business tab contains editable details about your business, including the following information:

Owner TabThe Owner tab contains editable details about the owner of the business, including the following information:

Account TabThe Account tab contains editable details about your account, including the following information:
To edit the Account tab information, click the PENCIL iconin the upper right hand corner of the tab. Edit your information, and then click the CHECK MARK icon to save your changes or click the X icon to discard changes. Banking TabThe Banking tab allows you to add a new bank account, and displays an editable list of all bank accounts associated with your account, which includes the following information:
Banking Tab ActionsThe Banking tab supports the following actions: edit a saved bank account, add a new account. To edit a saved bank account, click the EDIT ACCOUNT button in the right hand side of the table row to open the Edit Account lightbox. Edit your information, and then click the SAVE button to save your changes or click the CANCEL button to discard changes. To add a new account, click the ADD NEW ACCOUNT button in the top right hand corner of the tab to open the Add Account lightbox. Follow the prompts to enter information about your bank account, then click ADD ACCOUNT to add the new bank account, or discard your changes and return to the previous screen by clicking CANCEL. Change RequestsThe Change Requests tab displays a list of any changes requested, including the following information:
