Signup Form Features

The Signup Forms page is divided into two tabs, for Merchants and Referrers. Click either tab to view a list of previously saved signup forms by user type, or to create a new Merchant- or Referrer-specific signup form.

Merchant Signup Forms Tab

The Merchant Signup Forms tab is located in the upper left hand corner of the page, and displays a table of your previously saved signup forms for specific Merchants. The table displays the following information:

Merchant Signup Form Table Column Name

Description

ID

The Payrix-generated ID associated with the Merchant.

Name

The name of the Merchant.

Code

The autogenerated code associated with the Merchant’s business name.

Fees

The number of fees associated with the Merchant account.

Created

The date that the signup form was created.

Merchant Signup Form Tab Actions

The Merchant Signup Form tab supports the following actions: access more information, copy a link, delete a signup form, and create a new Merchant signup form.

To access more information about a saved Merchant signup form, click any information in the table row to open the Merchant Signup Form Details page.

To copy a signup form link, click the THREE DOTS icon in the right hand side of the table to open the Copy or Delete lightbox in the page. Click COPY LINK and a link to the signup form will be automatically copied to your clipboard. You can email the link or embed it in your website to reuse the previously saved form.

To delete a signup form, click the THREE DOTS icon in the right hand side of the table to open the Copy or Delete lightbox in the page. Click DELETE to open the Delete lightbox in the page. Click CONFIRM to permanently remove the form from your account, or return to the previous page without deleting by clicking CANCEL.

To create a new Merchant signup form, click ADD MERCHANT FORM in the upper right hand corner of the page to open the Add Merchant Signup Form page.

  • Add custom fields for your Merchants to complete when signing up

  • Require the upload of specific documents or signatures from Merchants directly on the Signup form.

  • Add custom agreements and/or terms to your Signup process

  • Import information from earlier pages in the Signup form. (Such as Business Owner information.)

  • Instantly verify your Merchants' banking information as they sign-up with our Plaid integration.

  • “Success” and “Error” icons within the signup form indicating section info requirements are met.

With Plaid, a new Merchant will be prompted to log in to their online banking within a secure hosted form and links the account directly to Payrix. This eliminates the need for them to manually type their account or routing information and ensures the account is validated and will not have any funding issues once processing begins.
