Generate ReportsTo create a new report, open the Create Reports drop-down menu and select a report type. The following report types are available in the portal: Report Type | Description |

Transactions | Displays an overview of your sales, refunds, and net sales. Displays a chart depicting the data collected with the total amount of the report dates transactions, the number of transactions and monetary values of your sales, refunds, and net. | Transaction Details | Provides additional data on the transactions such as cardholder info, which is compiled in a checklist format that you can opt to add or omit from the report. | Transaction Fees | Provides a breakdown of all costs for the referrer associated with a transaction by transaction ID. | Payment Returns | Provides a list of eCheck/ACH transactions that have been rejected by the bank(s). | Account Updater | Checks for and provides a list of all updates to stored, tokenized credit cards on merchant account(s). | Unpaid Statements | Displays a list of any unpaid statements associated with your merchants' accounts. | Profit & Loss Statement | Exports data that pertaining to your company’s income and expenses for any given user, entity, income/expense status, and date range. | Negative Balances | Provides a list of entities that have negative balances within your portfolio. | Invoices | Displays an overview of all pending, viewed, paid, and total invoices within the selected date range for the report, and how many of each calculate those totals. | Balance Details | Exports the balance details for any given date for any (or all) of your merchants on your account to see where your balance stands in terms of your income, expenses and net. | Dispute Details | Generates an indication of which disputes were initiated during the selected date range as well as the reason for the dispute. | Disbursement Summary | Disbursements are used to credit or debit the entity bank account to the primary account setup. This report provides details on disbursements that have processed on your account. You will see an overview of the disbursement ID and processed date in addition to the total calculation of what composed the disbursement total. | Disbursement TXN Details | The transactions within a disbursement determine what will be paid out or credited to an entity bank account. This report provides a break down of the sales and refunds within the last processed disbursement. | Disputes | Generate all dispute-related actions (such as opened, closed, or won/lost disputes) that have occurred during the selected date range. | Dispute Ratios | Provides the ratio of disputes to successful transactions a merchant receives. This ratio is compared against industry guidelines to help determine if a merchant’s dispute ratio is outside of acceptable practices. | Active Entity Balance Details | Exports the balance details for your account to see where your balance stands in terms of your income, expenses and net. | Interchange | The Interchange report provides a comprehensive list of interchange rates assessed by cards and merchants within your account. | Monthly Statements | The Monthly Statements Report allows users to generate a recap of monthly activities, including Monthly Summary, Deposit Summary, Processing Sum, Processing Fees, Interchange Fees, and other related fees. | Statement Details | The Statement Details Report presents granular details of statement entries shown in the Balance Details Report for Referrers and Merchants using Statement Billing. |
Create a Report GuideAfter you have selected the report type from the drop-down, follow the steps below to view it: Step 1: Choose the Report Date or range of dates that the report will span. You can choose from Today, This Week, This Month, or a custom range. Step 2: Choose a template from the Templates drop-down menu. Templates allow you to save settings for future report creation. Note that you can add a new report template by clicking on this drop-down menu and clicking ADD TEMPLATE. Step 3 (Optional): Choose any additional filters by clicking ADVANCED FILTERS in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Once you have generated a report, it will appear on the Create Reports page below the drop-down menu. If you have selected a Quick Report, it will also be visible on the Report History page. To download a copy of the report, click .XLS or .CSV in the upper right-hand corner of the report. Panel |

Schedule ReportsYou can use the Schedule Reports tab under Create Reports to set up email delivery of future reports that are available as Quick Reports (see Available Portal Reports or Reporting articles for more information and a list of available Quick Reports. Select the Quick Report of choice, enter a recurring time interval (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) and time of day (in EST), along with any emails you want to receive the email delivery of the report with any applied “Filter by” options configured during scheduling. Upon delivery, recipients will receive an Excel-compatible file (.CSV) download of the scheduled report. Note |
