The partner portal now combines the “Pipeline” and “Active Merchants” pages, into the one “Merchant Onboarding Page”. This means we have consolidated the data into one page and partners will be able to access information easier and simpler.
A new “Explore” function allows the partners to search on any merchant. Each row can be expanded using + to know the merchant’s contact information.
Tooltips have been included for all the actions and by hovering on the status, a partner can know what is still pending on the application.
