The Signup Forms page allows you to view and create whitelabeled signup forms for Merchants to begin boarding themselves to your platform. Use the Merchant’s Group group feature to automate the setup of Feesfees, Billing Schedulesbilling schedules, and Withdrawal withdrawal flows for each individual Merchant. This tutorial will walk walks you through the steps of for assigning new Merchants to a Group group using the Signup Form.

Assign a Group to your Signup Form
1.Access the Signup Forms Page
Click Signup Forms under the Forms category in the left -hand navigation panel to open the Groups page.
2.Assign the Group to the Signup Form
Step 1:Select your Signup Form from the table, and
select any information in the table row to open the Signup Form Settings page.
Click the EDIT icon in the upper-right corner of the Signup Form Profile to edit the configuration.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Partner Configuration section and locate the Merchant’s Group drop-down within.
In the Merchant’s Group drop-down, search for your desired
group by name by
entering the
group’s name, or select their name by scrolling through the list of displayed
groups.
Click the SAVE icon in the upper-right corner when you have finished selecting your group.
Result: The Signup Form now has your desired Merchant Group set to automatically assign all new Merchants boarded group set, and all newly boarded Merchants using this Signup Form will be automatically assigned to the Group of your choiceselected group.
Conclusion
After completing the steps in this use case, you will have assigned your preferred Group group to your whitelabeled Merchant Signup Form for the automatic assignment of new Merchants.
