You can process payments for existing customers using a tokenized payment method (token) saved in the Portalportal. Using payment tokens makes payment processing more streamlined and secure. This tutorial will walk walks you through the steps to save a credit card, debit card, or bank account information (ACH) payment method to create a payment token.

Process a Payment with Quick Charge Using a Token
1. Access the Quick Charge Tile
The Quick Charge Tile tile is located in the upper-left -hand corner of the dashboard. You will automatically be directed to your dashboard when you log in to the Platformplatform. You can also access the dashboard from anywhere in the Platform platform by clicking DASHBOARD in the left -hand navigation panel.
2. Enter the Quick Charge Information
Step 1:Enter the charge amount and customer contact information in the Quick Charge
tile fields.
Select SALE from the Charge Type drop-down menu.
Select a previously saved payment method from the Payment Method drop-down menu.
(Optional)
To save the customer information for future charges,
select Save Customer Information
in the lower-left
corner of the tile.
3. Process the Payment
Click PROCESS PAYMENT to advance to the next step.
Result: The charge will be processed using the previously saved tokenized payment method (token).
