You can add a new user and customize their user roles so that they have Portal portal access under your account. This guide will walk walks you through the steps to add a new user and set up their account.

Prerequisites

Info
  • Your new Payrix account must be confirmed prior to having access for boarding or creating users.

  • You must have a fully boarded account to perform any of the actions described in this use case guide.

  • You must have the full name and email address for the new user ready to enter as you fill in the new user form.

Add a New User

1. Access the Add User Form

Step 1:
  1. Click USERS under the Management category in the left

  1. corner of the page to open the Create a New User lightbox.

2. Add Basic User Information

Step 1:
  1. Click the ROLE drop-down and select a

Access Template
  1. access template from the existing options.

Step 2:
  1. Enter the user’s full name.

Step 3:
  1. Create a username for the new user and enter it into the Username field.

Step 4:
  1. Select Yes from the MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION ENABLED drop-down.

Step 5:
  1. Create a password and enter it

into
  1. in the Password and Confirm Password fields.

Step 6:
  1. (Optional) Enter a phone number for the user.

Step 7:
  1. Enter the user’s email address.

Step 8:
  1. Click CONTINUE to move to the next section.

3. Create a new Access Template (Optional)

Step 1:
  1. Click Add A Template in the upper right of the lightbox to open the Access Templates page in a new tab.

Step 2:
  1. Create a User Access Template.

Step 3:
  1. Return to the Create a New User lightbox, and select your new access template under the ROLE drop-down.

  2. Click CONTINUE to move to the next section.

Result: Once After you have completed creating create the new user account, the user name will display in the table on the Users page and the new user account will have access to the Portalportal.
