This section can be used to request signatures or documents from Merchants, as well as to receive agreement and review from the Merchant regarding the platform’s terms and disclosures.
Note: A distinctive feature of Canadian-based Signup Forms is the provision of an extra Fee Disclosure confirmation for the Merchant. This confirmation ensures that they have read, agreed to, and consented to the Fee Disclosures outlined in the Merchant Terms and Conditions. These disclosures are linked within the Signup Form to ensure continuous compliance with Canadian regulatory requirements.

Create a Signup Form
Use the steps provided below to create a new Merchant Signup Form:
From the Portal Dashboard, click Signup Forms from the Forms tab in the menu bar.
Click the Add Merchant Form button in the upper right-hand corner of the Signup Forms menu.
In General Settings, you’ll have access to modify the following configurations:
Page Settings - Set the essential information of the Signup Form, including name, code, environment, and active/inactive status.
Header Fields - Set the values that will appear in the header of the Signup Form.
Styling - Set the background, text, and error message colors for the Signup Form.
Advanced - Set the option to toggle “Save and Return” to complete submitting a Merchant Signup Form at a later time with saved data entries repopulated.
Fees - Designates information about the Referrer entity collecting fees from the Merchant.
Partner Configuration - Set Merchant entity associations to Groups, Divisions, and Parent Logins.
Partner Login Configurations - Set Merchant user association with Teams, Access Templates and redirect URL for what occurs after a Signup Form is successfully submitted
In Business Info, define your Business Field Configurations or add Custom Business Fields to your form.
In Ownership Info, define your Principal Field Configurations or add Custom Ownership Fields to your form’s About the Owner section.
In Banking Info, define your Business Field Configurations (including using our Plaid integration), or add custom fields to your form’s Add Bank Account section.
In Terms & Disclosures, define your Terms and Conditions (including required document upload or signature), or add custom fields to your form’s Terms & Conditions section. At the bottom of the Terms & Disclosures menu, click the CREATE SIGNUP FORM button To create the Signup Form.
You’ll be taken back to the Signup Forms menu of the portal where your newly-created Merchant Signup Form will be available at the top of the menu’s list.
Click the three dots on the right-hand column next to your newly created form to copy the link.

The Signup Form offers five primary parameter configuration options to customize your Signup Form:
General Settings - The general look, feel, and set actions for the Signup Form
Business Info - The required business signup fields, allowed MCCs & countries, custom fields setup, and notes about the Merchant legal entity.
Ownership Info - The required Merchant owner(s) section signup fields, custom login confirmation message, custom fields setup, and notes about the Merchant business owner(s).
Banking Info - Enable Plaid for linking bank accounts, document upload, multiple account addition, custom form messages, custom fields setup, and notes for the Merchant's bank account(s).
Terms & Disclosures - Set, review and customize the agreements for platform usage that Merchants must review and agree to to complete the Signup Form.

General Settings Parameters
