Step 1 - Engage: Reach-out to sales@payrix.com to engage with our Sales team to discuss your solution and what you want to accomplish. During this phase Sales will go through an opportunity engagement to find the right platform for your solution and needs.
Step 2 - Solution: After an initial engagement with the Sales team in this phase you will begin solutioning your implementation with Payrix and be assigned a dedicated relationship manager (RM) to help you through the process. Your RM will dive more into your specific needs and requirements to scope the project.
Step 3 - Implementation/Certification: After your project has been solutioned appropriately your RM will engage the Implementation team to be a technical resource to walk you through the API and best practices so that as a facilitator Payrix can meet the needs of your solution and your merchants. In this phase we review the following:
Setting up credentials for our API.
Merchant boarding technical requirements
Merchant boarding risk considerations
Merchant Management for groups, fees, and withdrawals.
Sale Creation and Capture/Settlement processes.
Implementations will validate and certify your solution based on the requirements and needs outlined for your clients. After completion of this your RM will schedule a call with Operations to go through an overview of our boarding and support procedures.
Step 4 - Launch (Go-Live): Once all the certification and requirements have been completed, your RM and the Implementation team will make sure you have a successful launch. Your RM will assist with boarding the first merchant and Implementations will validate that your client is able to successfully process a transaction and settle. Once end-to-end process flow has been validated a launch call with be scheduled to address outstanding questions with your go-live into Production.Referrers, sometimes called “Vendors” or “Pro Partners,” are middle-man entities that offer a SaaS payment solution to B2B and B2C Merchants using a whitelabeled version of a payment Facilitator’s existing offering. The Referrer can assess billing costs, fees, and profit-sharing configurations to generate revenue from Merchant transactions. Referrers are in a specifically unique position because the Facilitator assumes primary risk mitigation for transactions, minimizing the overall effort and transaction monitoring normally required as a stand-alone payment solution.
Referrers can board the platform under a Facilitator in one of two ways:
Using Payrix Pro with Payrix acting as your Facilitator to manage the primary risk associated and provide the payment gateway.
Using another PayFac-enabled Facilitator that offers Referrer enablement.
