The Payments category includes everything you need to view merchant portfolio transactions at a high-level.

Overview

Payments is the first of the four menu sections in the left hand navigation bar. The Payments section contains links to your:

• Payment History

• Recurring Payments

• Customers

• Disputes

• Payment Returns

About Payments

The Payments category available in the Portal contains options for Referrers to view information about past transactions, view recurring payment subscriptions being captured by their merchants, a list of all active and inactive merchant customers, and information section in the left navigation panel lists pages that display information about merchant transactions. Click any link in the Payments section to access its contents.

Overview

The pages in the Payments section let you review and manage your merchant payments. Click any link in the Payments section to navigate to a specific Payments page. The Payments pages contain the following information:

• Past transaction details.

• Recurring payment subscriptions.

• A list of customers that have transacted under any merchant in your portfolio.

• A list of all transactions from merchants, active and inactive.

• Information regarding payment chargeback disputes being assessed by merchants.
