The Safer Payments page connects you to a portal to that will validate your account as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Compliance with PCI DSS helps safeguard your customers' sensitive data by minimizing data breaches or other security threats.

Navigate to the Safer Payments page by clicking Settings in the left-hand navigation panel, and then clicking Safer Payments in the Payment Settings section.

  1. Login to the SaferPayments portal to begin your PCI DSS assessment and validate your compliance. You should complete your validation as soon as possible.

  2. You should have received login credentials on how to access SaferPayments already. The email would have come from mailto:notifications@yoursecurejourney.com. If you did not receive a credential email, you can access the portal by logging into https://saferpayments.yoursecurejourney.com. Click "First sign-in" on this page and input your merchant ID.

  3. Once logged into SaferPayments be sure to complete your business profile, set - up any required scans, and complete the security assessment.

  4. Once the security assessment and any applicable scans are completed and passed, you must attest to your compliance. You are not compliant until your dashboard in the SaferPayments portal confirms that you are compliant by displaying the message "Congratulations, you’re all done".
