Using the triPOS integration with Payrix, Merchants' daily transaction settlement batch time can be configured based on their preferences and workflows within your portfolio.
“Batch Close” refers to the process of grouping captured transactions, and sending them to the processor for settlement to allow the captured funds to be fully processed and credited to the Merchant’s platform account balance.

Modifying your Merchant’s Express Batch Close
Click Merchants on the left-hand navigation under the Management category.
Open your desired Merchant’s Profile page by clicking on their table listing.
Click the Account tab, then click the Edit button next to the tab title.
Scroll down to Express Batch Close Method and select Time Initiated from the drop-down.
Under Express Batch Close Time, set your preferred daily settlement batch close time.
This time value is based on the CST (Central Standard Time) time zone.
When finished, scroll back to the Account tab and click the Confirm icon next to the tab title.
Result: Your Merchant’s daily transaction settlement batch close time has been updated to reflect this new time.
Tip: We recommend setting 9:00PM as the batch close time for the best experience when reconciling with other daily transaction types from online or card-not-present payments.
