Generate and Download Your Statement
To generate a new statement, select the month and year of interest from the drop-down menus on the page. Click GENERATE to generate the statement. The statement will appear below the drop-down menus in the page.
You can download the statement as a .CSV file by clicking the DOWN ARROW icon in the upper right hand corner of the statement. Print or save the statement as a .PDF file by clicking the PRINTER icon in the upper right hand corner of the statement.
Statement Features
The Monthly Statement contains information about your account for a specific time period, and includes the following information:

Monthly Summary | This section contains the summary of each category: total sales, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, and fees. The section displays these as both number of items as well as the dollar amount for each category. |
Deposit Summary | This section displays a table of any deposits made to your account, as well as deposit amounts and other information. |
Processing Summary | This section displays a table of credit card transactions and related information. |
Processing Fees | This section displays a table of any fees associated with card processing that occurred during a transaction. |
Interchange Fees | This section displays a table of any interchange fees associated with a transaction. |
Other Fees | This section displays a table with information about any other fees that were charged to your account during the month and year of the generated statement. |
