Entity Routes (F)

The Entity Routes page contains a table of all entity routes saved to your account, and allows you to add new entity routes or remove saved entries. Entity routes are mechanisms by which you can partition payments and other transactions between multiple service providers or other groups of users associated with your account.

Navigate to the Entity Routes page by clicking Settings in the left hand navigation panel, and then clicking Entity Routes in the Payment Settings section of the Settings page.

Entity Routes Features

Entity Routes Table

The Entity Routes table contains a list of all entity routes associated with your account, and includes the following information:

ID

The Payrix-generated ID number associated with the entity route.

Platform

The credit card terminal platform type.

Currency

The type of currency for any transactions associated with the entity route.

Default

Indicates whether the entity route will be active by default.

Status

The status of the entity route: Active or Inactive.

Created

The date that the entity route was created.

Entity Routes Table Actions

The Entity Routes Table supports the following actions: add a new entity route, remove an entity route, access more information.

To add a new entity route, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Click ADD ENTITY ROUTE to open the Add Entity Route lightbox in the page.

  • Step 2: Enter the required information in the lightbox fields.

  • Step 3: To add the entity route, click ADD, or to cancel click CANCEL.

To remove an existing entity route from the table, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Click the GREY X icon on the right hand side of the row of the specific entity route to open the Delete lightbox.

  • Step 2: Remove the entity route by clicking DELETE in the lightbox, or cancel by clicking CANCEL.

To access a more information, click any information in the table row for the entity route to open the Entity Route Details page, where you can view or edit fee information, or inactivate the fee.

Entity Route Details (F)

The Entity Route Details page contains editable information about a specific entity route associated with your account.

Navigate to the Entity Route Details page by following the steps below:

  • Step 1: Click on Settings in the left hand navigation panel.

  • Step 2: Click Entity Routes in the Payment Settings section.

  • Step 3: Locate the specific entity route in the table, and click any information in the row to open the Entity Route Details page.

The Entity Route Details section contains information about a specific entity route, including the following details:

ID

The Payrix-generated ID number associated with the entity route.

Created

The date that the entity route was created.

Partition

Indicates the Partition (if any) that the entity route is being applied to.

Platform

The type of credit card terminal platform.

Currency

The type of currency for any transactions associated with the entity route.

Funding Currency

The type of currency for any funding, billing, or fee activity associated with the entity route.

Default

Indicates whether the entity route will be active by default.

Status

The status of the entity route: Active or Inactive.

To edit information in the Entity Route Details section, click the PENCIL icon in the upper right hand corner of the section. Edit information related to the entity route, and then click the CHECK MARK icon to save your changes or click the X icon to discard changes.
