Saved Work Flows Table
The Saved Work Flows table displays a list of all work flows associated with your account, including the following information:

ID | The Payrix-generated ID number associated with the work flow. |
Trigger | The trigger that initiates the work flow. Choose from the following: Create: Creating any kind of transactions, refund, disbursement, etc. Low: Triggers an action based on a minimum threshold transaction set by the owner or referrer. High: Triggers an action based on a transaction limit threshold. Board: Any action having to do with boarding a merchant.

Work Flow Tab Actions
The Work Flow tab supports the following actions: add a new work flow, remove a work flow, and access more information.
To add a new work flow, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click ADD WORK FLOW to open the Work Flow lightbox in the page.
Step 2: Enter the required information in the lightbox fields.
Step 3: To add the work flow to the team profile, click ADD WORK FLOW, or to cancel click CANCEL.
To remove an existing work flow from the table, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click the THREE DOTS icon on the right hand side of the row of the specific work flow to open the Delete lightbox.
Step 2: Remove the work flow by clicking DELETE in the lightbox, or cancel without deleting by clicking CANCEL.
To access more information about a specific work flow, click any information in the table to open the Work Flow page.
