Multi-Factor Authentication Enablement (F)

The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enablement page allows you to control how merchants and other users associated with your account log in to the portal. MFA enhances security measures and efficiently manages user authentication. On this page, you can enable or disable individual users or batches of multiple users, as well as view the current enrollment status for each user.

Navigate to the Multi-Factor Authentication Enablement page by clicking Settings in the left hand navigation panel, and then clicking Multi-Factor Authentication Enablement in the Business Settings section of the Settings page.

View of the Multi-Factor Authentication Enablement page, including the User Actions Drop Down Menus, the Action Buttons, and the Multi-Factor Authentication Users Table.

  • Step 4 (Optional): Use the Action Buttons below the Batch Actions drop down menu to filter the Users Table results by MFA enrollment status. See the Action Buttons section described below for more information.

  • Step 5 (Optional): To reset your search, click the RESET button located to the right of the Search button.
