Use Case: Enable Chargeback Event Alerts
You can receive notifications for chargeback events associated with your account by setting up alerts in the Portal. A chargeback may occur when a cardholder attempts to retrieve funds from a disputed transaction. This tutorial will walk you through the steps required to configure an email or web alert for chargeback events.
