Google Pay Registration
Google Pay is a fast, easy, and secure way to pay used by over 150 million users worldwide. Google Pay is Google’s digital payment service located in the Google Pay app on Android devices. It allows users to make contactless point-of-sale payments or web purchases after adding their debit/credit card. Google Pay replaces the need for customers to take a physical card or type in personal information during sales.
Our Google Pay integration options include everything you need to directly implement the Google Pay solution into a checkout flow for a fully customizable customer experience.
Compatibility
Google Pay is compatible with Android devices and various browsers. For the best testing experience, we recommend using Chrome.
The minimum requirements for testing or accepting Google Pay are:
Meeting the requirements of the Google Acceptable Use Policy.
Add at least one credit or debit card to the cardholder’s Google Wallet.

Minimum Device Requirements
Android 9.0 (Pie) or higher.
Near Field Communication (NFC) support.
Host Card Emulation (HCE) support.
Note: Google Pay must be enabled in a customer’s browser to access their mobile wallet on your site for Google Pay.
Google Pay Registration
To accept Google Pay you must complete the registration process. You can enable your Merchants to accept Google Pay by simply going into the Portal and visiting the Settings page.
To complete Google Pay registration, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Access the Payment Methods page from Settings.
Step 2: Click Enable on the Google Pay panel.
Step 3: Click Register to begin the Google Pay registration.
Step 4: In the popup, click Register for Mass Enablement or Cancel to exit the registration process.
Result: The Google Pay registration process is complete.
