Advanced Notifications (CAN)

Advanced Notifications feature enables Canadian partners to inform their Merchants on Interchange Plus pricing of any upcoming fee changes, 90 days in advance in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements. This feature promotes transparency and strengthens communication with Merchants while ensuring regulatory compliance associated with all cost changes.

  2. Select Merchants for notification based on fee notification needs using the toggle box on the left side. You can also select all Merchants using the checkbox toggle at the top of the table.

    1. You also do not have to select any merchants – in this scenario, the notification should only be sent to the Referrer. This applies only when the merchant risk liability is owned by the Partner (established during initial Partner implementation).
