How to Use Reporting in the Portal

How To - Use this guide to generate reporting within the Payrix Portal including Transaction Reports, Company Reports, and Dispute Transaction Reports. This guide also demonstrates how to download the respective reports in either .CSV or .XLS file format for spreadsheet softwares, such as Excel.

Merchants can generate a variety of different reports to review important information such as disputes, transactions, and company activity.

How to use Classic Reports (v1) in the Portal

  1. From the Dashboard Navigation bar, click Reports

     

  2. Choose from the Company Reports, Company Transaction Reports, and Dispute Transaction Reports available reports.

  3. Click MORE OPTIONS to reveal additional filtering options and select any if desired.

  4. Select a Date Range and click the Small List icon.

     

  5. Click Run Report to see the full report in the portal – OR – Download in CSV/XLS format to import into your spreadsheet software.

    1. You can also save your new custom filtered report view as a Template.

      1. Click the Templates dropdown

      2. Click the ADD TEMPLATE button

      3. Name your custom report template, then click the SAVE TEMPLATE button.



 

How to use New Reports (v2) in the Portal

  1. From the Dashboard Navigation bar, click Reports

  2. In the Reports window, click Create ReportSelect the Report, Timezone, and Date Range.

  3. Click ADVANCED FILTERS to filter your report using the following: Users, Entities, and Templates.

  4. Click the GENERATE MY REPORT button

  5. Click Run Report to see the full report in the portal – OR – Download in CSV/XLS format to import into your spreadsheet software.
