New Features
The Disputes page now offers a feedback banner at the top of the page to allow users to express general positive or negative feedback and provide additional comments if they choose.
New “gAuthenticate” smart card is now available in the Risk Portal to directly verify a merchant’s bank account and see the results in real time for faster underwriting.
New “% Boarded Same Day” Dashboard tile now displays the percentage of new merchants boarded over the past 7 days who were successfully boarded same-day.
New “% Boarded in < 2 Day” Dashboard tile now displays the percentage of new merchants boarded over the past 7 days who were successfully boarded in under 2 days.
Improvements
The “Personal Sanctions & Compliance” smart card has been updated in the Risk Portal to display multiple search results at once using a tab system to allow greater visibility into personal business owner sanctions.
The “Personal Sanctions & Compliance” smart card has been updated in the Risk Portal to display “No member score were found during the search” when there are no results to display.
The “Projected Exposure” smart card has been updated in the Risk Portal to now display Credit MCC Risk Level, AML MCC Risk Level, AML Score, Geography, Structure, Channel, Product(s), AML Risk, Total Exposure, CC Exposure, ACH Exposure, Average Sector Fulfillment, Credit Category Factor attributes for greater projected exposure prediction and visibility.
The Portfolio Management page has been updated to refresh the displayed number of active and inactive merchants in real-time as different filters are selected.
Request More Info page has been updated with various UI and UX improvements to better serve the referrer experience including new sorting and filtering options.
Merchant Signup Form has been updated to include new time log metadata to track the time it takes for each step to be completed by a boarding merchant.
The “Gross Sales” tile on the Dashboard has been upgraded to display an X and Y matrix value to help better interpret transaction data.
The Risk Management page has been updated to include new functionality for underwriting including Reserve button to apply a reserve to a new merchant after review, “Mark as Reviewed” button to change status from
Hold
toReviewed
and move the merchant the the “Reviewed” queue, an “Approve” button to remove all holds and approve the merchant, and a Freeze button to put a hard freeze on the apply merchant and entity.MasterCard MATCH smart card has been updated in the Risk Portal to now display all data points available from MATCH in its expanded view for better visibility.
Canadian Merchant Signup Forms have been updated to include requirements for “Do you hold significant responsibility in this company?” question to be present when more than one owner are present on the form.
Resolved Issues
Issue resolved where the Documents Center of Merchant Profile pages would display a “file is not readable” error when opening the Terms and Conditions.
Issue resolved where the Document Request page search function would not properly return the expected results.
Issue resolved where approving or cancelling a Request for More Info page submission would return a processing error message instead of executing the intended step.
Issue resolved where the Request More Info page displayed incorrect date information for the “Date Requested” field.
Issue resolved where the Request More Info page would populate unrelated API Key values when attempting to authenticate the action.
Issue resolved where the Funds Snapshot section of the Merchant Profile displayed only partial information statically instead of being a complete and dynamic scrollable list.
