Bank Disclosures Table
The Bank Disclosures table displays all of the bank disclosure agreements associated with your account, including the following information:
Bank Disclosures Table Column Name | Description |

ID | The Payrix-generated ID associated with the bank disclosure. |
Created | The date that the bank disclosure was created. |
Date Modified | The date that the bank disclosure was last modified. |
Facilitator Name | The Payment Facilitator being used by to process transactions. |
Banking Name | The name of the bank that issued the disclosure. |
Bank Disclosures Table
The Bank Disclosures table supports the following actions: add a new disclosure, remove a saved disclosure, access more information about a specific disclosure.
To add a new bank disclosure, click the ADD BANK DISCLOSURE button located in the top right hand corner of the page. The Add Bank Disclosure lightbox will open in the page. Enter the required information, and click ADD BANK DISCLOSURE to save the disclosure, or return to the previous page without saving by clicking the CANCEL button.
To remove a bank disclosure from a list, click the X icon on the right hand side of the table row to open the Delete Bank Disclosure lightbox. Click DELETE to remove the disclosure, or cancel without removing the disclosure and return to the previous page by clicking CANCEL.
To access more information about a specific bank disclosure, click any information in the table row to open the Bank Disclosure page.
