The Create Reports page contains a set of reports that can help you gather information and measure performance indicators about your business. You can customize the Customize reports after selecting the report type from the drop-down menu. Once you generate the report, you can download a copy in .CSV and .XLS format.
Navigate to the Create Reports page by clicking Reports to open a drop-down menu in the Admin category of the left-hand navigation panel. Click Create Reports in the drop-down menu to open this page.

Generate Standard ReportsTo create a report, open the Create Reports Select Report drop-down menu under Generate Standard Report and select a report type. The following report types are available in the portal:

Note : You can add a new report template by clicking on this drop-down menu and clicking ADD TEMPLATE.
Note: For some report types, you can only choose between a Quick Report (which omits data from today) or an Include all up-to-date data Report. Once you have generated a report, it will appear on the Create Reports page below the drop-down menu. If you have selected a Quick Report, it will also be visible on the Report History page. Warning: Reports that contain more than 24 MB of data cannot be attached to an email and as a result will be available only in the Report History page after the given date and time. |
Report History Tab
Using the Report History tab, you can see a table of all previously generated reports with the following information:
Report History Table Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name of the generated report. |
Created | The date that the report was generated. |
Type | The type of report. For a list of available report types, visit the Reports page. |
Status | The status of the report: Generating or Available. |
Expiration | The date that the report will expire. Note that reports expire after 30 days. Once expired, the report will no longer be available on the page. |
Monthly Statements Tab (Beta)
The Monthly Statements tab allows you to generate a statement of your business activity over a single-month period.
Generate and Download Your Statement
To generate a new statement:
Step 1: Select the month and year of interest from the drop-down menus on the page.
Step 2: Click GENERATE to generate the statement.
Result: The statement will appear below the drop-down menus on the page.
You can download the statement as a .CSV file by clicking the DOWN ARROW icon in the upper right-hand corner of the statement. Print or save the statement as a .PDF file by clicking the PRINTER icon in the upper right-hand corner of the statement.
Monthly Statement Information
The Monthly Statement contains information about your account for a specific period, and includes the following information:
Statement Section Name | Description |
---|---|
Monthly Summary | This section summarizes each category: total sales, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, and fees. The section displays these as the number of items and the dollar amount for each category. |
Deposit Summary | This section displays a table of any deposits made to your account, and deposit amounts and other information. |
Processing Summary | This section displays a table of credit card transactions and related information. |
Processing Fees | This section displays a table of any fees associated with card processing that occurred during a transaction. |
Interchange Fees | This section displays a table of any interchange fees associated with a transaction. |
Other Fees | This section displays a table with information about any other fees that were charged to your account during the month and year of the generated statement. |
