This guide provides information for Platform Payment Facilitators (also known as “Facilitators”) about all of the features of the Portal.
A Facilitator is an entity that utilizes the Payrix system to directly assume risk and liability for their portfolio. They underwrite and approve onboarding for merchants, provide the technology required to process electronic payments and receive the resulting funds.
Facilitator Portal Features
The features described below appear on all pages of the Portal. They allow you to find specific pages and details, and access information about your account.

Navigation Panel
Use the navigation panel to access pages in the Payrix Portal. The navigation panel is located on the left hand side of the page. Click the links in the navigation panel to access information from the following categories:
Message Banner
Use the Message Banner features to access messages, disputes, and your user profile information. The Message Banner is located at the top right hand side of the page. The following features can be found in the Message Banner:
Message Banner Feature Name | Description |
---|
Search Bar | Enter your search term into the field, click the magnifying glass, and you will be redirected to the Search page to view your results. |
Messages | Click the MESSAGES button to open the Messages page to view any messages for your account. |
Notifications | Click the NOTIFICATIONS button to open the Notifications page to access information on any disputes or ACH Returns associated with your account. |
Profile | Click the PROFILE button to access the Profile page to view or edit your account information. |
Log Off | Click LOG OFF to log out of your account. |
Within the Notifications page, click the ADD NOTIFICATION button to create a custom temporary notification seen by users within your portfolio.
