In order to utilize the Payrix solution as a Vendor, it is required to go through certification with our Launch or Pro platform. Please reference our Service Desk for information on the Vendor/Referral solution.

Step 1 - Engage

Connect with our Sales team at sales@payrix.com to discuss your solution and strategic goals for integrating payments. During this phase, Sales works to understand the opportunity so they can recommend the ideal model for your business needs and goals.

Step 2 - Solution

After a preliminary conversation with the Sales team, you will begin solutioning implementation with the Payrix team and be assigned a dedicated relationship manager (RM) to help you through the process. Your RM will dive deeper into your specific needs and requirements to scope the project.

Step 3 - Implementation/Certification

Following the solutioning process, your RM will engage our Implementation team as a technical resource to walk you through the API and best practices, ensuring that as the facilitator, we can meet the needs of your solution and merchants. In this phase, we’ll review:

  • How to set up your API credentials

  • Technical requirements for merchant boarding

  • Risk considerations for merchant boarding

  • How to simplify merchant management by setting groups, fees, and withdrawals

  • How to create a sale and configure Capture/Settlement processes

The Implementations team will validate and certify your solution based on the requirements and needs you’ve disclosed. After this has been completed, your RM will schedule a call with Operations to review our boarding and support procedures.

Step 4 - Launch (Go Live)

Once your certification and requirements have been completed, our teams will have everything necessary for a successful launch. Your RM will assist with boarding the first merchant and Implementations will validate that your client is able to successfully process a transaction and settle. After we’ve validated the end-to-end process flow, we will schedule a launch call to address any outstanding go-live into production questions.
