Instructions for resetting your Portal account password:


  1. Navigate to https://portal.payrix.com/ and click on the "Forgot Password?" link.



  2. Enter the email address associated with your account, and click "Send Code" button.



  3. Either

    1. Click the link provided in the password reset email you received from the Payrix Portal:



      or

    2. Enter the CODE and USERNAME from the password reset email you received into the password reset form:




  4. Choose your new password and you're in!


Password Complexity Requirements

  • Do not reuse any of your last 5 previous passwords.
