Q: Can we split the fee between the business and the payer paid?
A: Yes, you can pass on a portion of your fee to your Payers and choose to absorb the rest.

Q: Can we charge more to the payer than the fee amount?
A: No, you can pass the whole fee onto your Payers (only if fee is able to be passed on, refer to table above) however you cannot pass on more than the fee amount.
Q: How do I add a surcharge/additional fee to my Payers?
A: There is no way to add an additional fee you are not currently charged for (ie: booking fee of fees not relevant to payment processing) or surcharge to your Payers via Payrix.
Q: Can I have my fees debited separately?
A: Yes, we can set your fees to be Gross collected** (i.e. debited from your account separately).

**may not be possible with some partner software integrations.
Q: Can I set my fees to be short settled from my settlement amount?
A: Yes, we can set your fees to be Net collected** (i.e. fees short settled from your settlement amount).

However, please note that there are some fees that are required to remain Gross collected (i.e. debited from your account separately). See below:

Q: Can my fees be billed weekly, fortnightly, or monthly?
A: Yes, subject to Underwriting approval. Please email admin@payrix.com.au to request this.
Q: Can my fees be billed from a different bank account?
A: Yes, we can debit fees from a different account to where we settle the funds.

Q: Do my fees include GST? (not applicable in the USA)
A: Yes, all Payrix fees include GST in Australia (10%) and New Zealand (15%).
Q: Do my fees appear on my settlement report?
A: Yes, any fees taken from your settlement will be included on the Settlement Report on the day that the funds are settled to you.
Q: Do I get a fee invoice?
A: All fees debited from your business will be included on a Fee Invoice that is sent on the day of the debit.
