New Features
Merchants can now view and change their own SaferPayments status from within the Settings page to more easily maintain their compliance.
The Referrer-level Dynamic Dashboard now offers an “Enrolled Not Processed” Smart Tile to display the number of Merchants that have been boarded to the platform but have not yet processed a transaction.
The Referrer-level Dynamic Dashboard now offers a “Pending Merchants” Smart Tile to display the number of Merchants are still in “Pending” status and redirects to the Document Request page when clicked.
The Referrer-level Dynamic Dashboard now offers a “Transactions Failure Reasons” Smart Tile to display a pie graph of the top 5 reasons that transactions have failed under their Merchant portfolio.
Referrer-level users now download one-pager marketing PDF templates from the Partner Marketing Materials page.

Improvements
The Referrer Profile page (visible to Facilitators) now contains a list of all active Value-Added Services and associated sub-services enabled for a Referrer.
The Dynamic Dashboard “Add Widget” button label has been updated to “Add Smart Tile” to help avoid confusion on the button’s function.
The “Add Smart Tile” modal now displays a brief description next to each Smart Tile option that explains its function.
The Multi-Factor Authentication Enablement page (Beta) has been updated to display the relevant level of users or entities based on the user's access level.
Transaction Risk Details page now includes a new tab that displays all holds based on payment method type.
Unused Global versions of the Portal have been segmented and separated to allow for faster load times for each individual country’s Portal instance.
Transaction Risk Details page now includes a ThreatMetrix smartcard for Digital Identity Verifications.
The GIACT gVerify Smart Card has been updated to allow underwriters to manually call the gAuthenticate function to verify recently updated/input banking information.
The “Boarded Yesterday” and Boarded Last Month dashboard Smart Tiles now contain a small visual graph along side the displayed number for streamlined viewing.
The Merchant Signup Form has been updated to include the proper country code automatically before a business phone number to avoid the confusion of adding a country code.
An Email parameter is now available for Negative Balances for merchants, allowing Referrers to control sending of notification emails for positive or negative balance change as a “Yes” or “No” toggle.
Access Templates now allows Referrer Admin-level users to control the users that can customize the layout and data displayed on the Dynamic Dashboard.
The Monthly Statements PDF download available to Merchants has been updated with various UI and generated-PDF layout improvements to make it easier to consume.
The Mastercard MATCH Smart Card in the Risk Management page has been updated to display an error message within if the data has a problem being pulled and displayed.
Resolved Issues
Issue resolved where access to the Merchant Signup Form would timeout early and unexpectedly.
Issue resolved with various Bridger Smart Card UI bugs on the Risk Management page to allow for easier viewing of information.
Issue resolved where the Risk Underwriting page would not display all record status responses as expected.
Issue resolved where notes related to a transaction would not display the correct the correct count number from the Transaction Details page.
Issue resolved where dynamic dashboard smart tiles would not properly re-align when re-arranged and leave empty spaces instead of properly reorganizing.
