Portal (Version 24.18.0)

New Features

  • All Merchants within a given Division now appear within Omnitoken search to allow for quicker navigation by DBA, Merchant Name, or ID.

  • A new dashboard Smart Tile titled “Average Risk Processing Time” now displays boarding and generic risk factors.

  • A new page is available for Facilitators called Change Management Queue to allow a user of this level to manually review changes being made to bank accounts within their portfolio.

  • The Change Management Queue page now offers a “Mark as Approved or Declined” option as well as the ability to add a note next to any page listing.

  • The Change Management Queue page now displays a Merchant Profile change request history sub-page to see the current bank account status of the Merchant.

  • The Change Management Queue page can now be enabled for an entire Partition or Division as well as individually.

Improvements

  • The title for the "Total Chargebacks" Smart Tile has been updated to "Total Open Disputes".

  • The Digital Identity Verifications Smart Card has been updated to include the Emailage Integration Fraudpoint Integration response values.

  • The load time for the Dashboard Gross Sales Chart has been drastically reduced.

  • The overall Portal has been updated to Angular 14.

  • The Bridger Business Smart Card has been updated to reflect the same logic as the Business Personal Smart Card

  • SaferPayments “Types” (Basic or Managed) have been added to a quick enablement button for each merchant on the SaferPayments Enablement page for enablement via Lightbox instead of a subpage or redirect.

  • Bank Account supporting documentation is now required for changes to existing bank accounts' routing or account numbers. (This improvement also applies to new bank accounts.)

  • The Dynamic Dashboard option for Referrers has been made available as a general and individual Profile option to allow all Referrers to use it.

  • The “Status” column on the Banking tab has been removed for simplicity.

  • The Change Management Queue page has been updated to include hyperlinks to Merchant and Division profiles as well as the “Add Days Boarded” parameter.

Resolved Issues

  • Issue resolved where icons were shown mistakenly in the Business Sanctions and Compliance Smart Card instead of “true” or “false” options.

  • Issue resolved where “Current Month Avg Ticket” Smart Tile would incorrectly resize on loading and not pull the data as expected.

  • Issue resolved where the decimal place for the “Merchant Applications” Smart Tile would appear in the wrong position.

  • Issue resolved where the decimal place for the “Merchants Boarded Last Month” Smart Tile would appear in the wrong position.

  • Issue resolved where the “Time to First Transaction” Smart Tile would load ‘0 hours’ by default.

  • Issue resolved where the “Chargeback Volume“ Smart Tile size would be split in half upon page load.

  • Issue resolved where the "Chargeback Rate" Smart Tile would load ‘0%’ by default.

  • Issue resolved where the "eCheck Return Rate" Smart Tile would load ‘0%’ by default.

  • Issue resolved where the "Txn Failure Reasons" Smart Tile would be incorrectly sized and not pulling data as expected.

  • Issue resolved where attempting to enable a FANF, Visa Integrity, or Mastercard Location fee would mistakenly; display “Actual” as the fee type, instead of “Percentage”.

  • Issues resolved with various Portal Backend errors.

  • Issue resolved where selecting NO for a user’s Portal Access parameter in the User Profile, would not prevent Portal access for the user as expected.

  • Issue resolved where trying to click on Hosts Features sub-page would cause a continuous loading icon while clicking the Change Requests tab.

  • Issue resolved where Gross Sales Chart displayed on the Dashboard would load only Card-Not-Present transaction types by default on loading.

  • Issue resolved where the Terminal Transaction Details page would incorrectly display field values in the wrong mappings, confusing “auth code" with “authorization".
