Dashboard (R)

The Dashboard is the landing page for the Referrer Portal. It contains high-level account widgets that provide Referrer-level users with an overview of their account and options to perform basic actions.

Navigate to the dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the left-hand navigation bar.

Dashboard Features (Classic View)

New Merchants Panel

The New Merchants panel is located at the top of the dashboard page and contains the following information:

  • View your most recently added merchants and the date that they were boarded.

  • Access an account overview for a single merchant by clicking on any item in the table to open the Merchant Profile page.

Account Balance

Your account balance is shown at the top right-hand corner of the Dashboard. To access more information about your account balance, click BALANCE DETAILS to open the Balance Details.

Gross Sales

The Gross Sales panel contains a graph showing information about recent sales. The Gross Sales panel is located below the New Merchants panel on the Dashboard page.

  • View total sales and transactions at the top left of the Gross Sales panel.

  • Visualize your sales and transactions using the graph view.

  • Adjust the date range by selecting a predefined or custom date range from the drop-down menu at the top right-hand corner of the panel. The default view displays the last 7 days. To view the time of sale, set the custom date range to a single date.

New Payments

The New Payments table contains a list of the most recent payments accepted by your merchants, including dates and amounts. The following actions are supported by the New Payments Table:

  • Click any information in the row to view specific transaction information on the Transaction Details page.

  • Click the VIEW ALL icon to redirect to your Payments History page, where you can search for your recent payments by individual merchants or transactions.

Customizable Smart Tiles

Smart Tiles allow you to easily review, reorganize, and prioritize visually reported data on the Dynamic Dashboard with a glance. Smart Tiles can be added or removed as needed or can be rearranged if new data becomes more pressing.

To add a new Smart Tile to the Dynamic Dashboard, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click the Add Smart Tile button in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.

Step 2: Select a category of information you’d like to view: Boarding, Risk, or Sales & Revenue.

Step 3: Select the desired smart tile from the chosen category.

Merchants boarded today vs. yesterday.

Time to Board

Average Merchant boarding time.

Activation Rate

% of Merchants that process payments after boarding.

A list of recently boarded Merchants.

Merchants Boarded Yesterday

Merchants boarded yesterday vs. two days ago.

Merchant Applications

Number of current active Merchant applications.

Merchants Boarded Last Month

Merchants boarded last month vs. two months ago.

Time To First Transaction

Average time to Merchant’s first transaction.

Boarded in < 2 Days

The number of Merchants boarded in less than two days of submitting their application.

Boarded Same Day

The number of Merchants boarded the same day their application was submitted.

Pending Merchants

List of Merchants with pending document requests.

Enrolled Not Processed

List of Merchants that are fully boarded to the platform but have not processed any payments.

Risk

Blocked Transactions

Number of actively blocked transactions.

Total Open Disputes

Number of active and open transaction disputes.

Held Transactions

Numberof actively held transactions.

Chargeback Volume

The combined dollar amount of all current chargebacks.

Chargeback Rate

Number of chargebacks vs total transactions.

eCheck Return Rate

Number of eCheck returns vs total transactions.

Transactions Flagged More Than 48 Hours

Number of transactions still awaiting review after 48 hours.

Reserved Transactions

Number of transactions currently in reserve.

Txn Failure Reasons

Chart of top 5 failure reasons for transactions in your portfolio.

Average Risk Processing Time

Average response time to risk alerts in your portfolio.

ACH Return Reasons

Chart of top 5 return reasons for ACH payments in your portfolio.

Sales & Revenue

New Payments

A list of recent payments.

Account Balance

Displays current account balance.

Gross Sales Chart

Larger graph displaying gross sales and other related data.

Current Month Transactions

Number of transactions for the current month.

Volume by Payment Method

Chart comparing Card Present vs. Card Not Present transactions.

Current Month Average Ticket

The average transaction ticket value for the current month.

Current Month Txn Volume

The total transaction volume for the current month.
