Canadian Code of Conduct Reminder

As a friendly reminder to all clients who operate in Canada, you must comply with the Canada Code of Conduct (the Code) requirements. See the Canada Compliance Guide for all the details regarding Canadian-specific compliance considerations.  

As a registered Payment Facilitator in Canada, Payrix emphasizes the importance of partners' compliance with the Code. You are required to comply with the Code because you directly interact with merchants. The Code mandates PayFac®s to attest twice yearly (September and March) to the number of Code-related complaints they receive. See the Canada Compliance Guide for a detailed complaint intake process.

Please contact your account manager or submit a ticket if you receive any Code-related complaint that requires Payrix review and investigation.Â
