Hosts (F)

The Hosts page displays a list of all host URLS associated with your account. A host holds the primary URL and email addresses for whitelabeling purposes. On this page, you can access more information about one of your hosts or add a new host.

Note: A host is not a hosted website where merchants accept payments, and a merchant’s customers will not see the host.

Navigate to the Hosts page by clicking Settings in the left hand navigation panel, and then clicking Hosts in the Business Settings section.

Hosts Features

Hosts Table

The Hosts table displays a list of all hosts associated with your account, including the following details:

Hosts Table Column Name

Description

Hosts Table Column Name

Description

ID

The Payrix-generated ID number associated with the host.

API

The unique API hostname, expressed as a Fully Qualified Domain Name or FQDN, which will be used in requests to the API for this partition and (optionally) division. The Payrix API server name is whitelabeled by using this API hostname, so that merchants' developers see the hostname instead of a Payrix URL.

Portal Host

The portal hostname, expressed as a FQDN, which will be used in email links and other user interfaces.

Created

The date that the host was added to the Payrix portal.

Default

Indicates that a specific host is set as the default host for your account. Note that one host record must always be designated for each partition and will serve as its default host.
